Push-Out Test and Hysteretic Performance Study of Semi-Rigid Shear Keys with the Triple-Folded Web of Flange

The PBL (Perfobond Leiste) shear connector has the advantages of high bearing capacity and strong constraint ability; however, traditional weak axis problems, its stiffness is large, resulting in deformation ability. To this end, paper proposes a new type flange triple-web key obtains key’s mechanical properties failure mechanism through push-out test. results show that mode steel plate on web edge opening, which capacity, outstanding ability, good integrity with concrete, showing obvious semi-rigid characteristics. Through numerical analysis, effects width, height, thickness keys are obtained. Based fitting analysis method, calculation formula proposed. Finally, horizontal seismic performance numerically simulated. It found hysteretic curve full shows energy dissipation capacity.
